We accept returns only if the item received is not the same as the one you purchased or does not meet the advertised product specifications. None of our employee, promoter, propagandist or associate will not be able to participate in the drawing. In case of purchase or raffle it is our commitment to send you your item as soon as possible but if for any reason beyond our control we cannot send you the item, then we will proceed to return the full amount of the value of the item.
